IT SUPPORT OFFICER

The Agricultural and Commercial Cooperative Society of Zambia Limited (ACSZ) is seeking a motivated and skilled IT Support Officer to provide technical support and ensure smooth operation of its IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the Head of IT, the IT Support Officer will:

• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
• Maintain network infrastructure and ensure system security.
• Support implementation of new systems and technologies.
• Monitor data backups and ensure data integrity.
• Maintain an inventory of IT assets and manage user accounts.
• Provide end-user training and support for ICT tools.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

• Full Grade 12 or GCE ‘O’ Level certificate.
• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Knowledge of networking, databases, and system administration.
• At least 3 years of IT support experience in a corporate environment.
